I bought something a little strange ....
I was at the thrift store yesterday. Making some decluttering donations! (and browsing).
I found a gray CAPE. By Banana Republic. Like something SuperNanny would wear.
Paid $8 for it.
Now, I'm wondering if I'll EVER wear it.

My dd is wearing ponchos why not a cape? They feel great when wearing them and a nice pair of black slacks or a black skirt under it would look good too.

I'm jealous! I LOVE the Banana Republic.
I have a grey cape as well. I wear it often. It has a built in scarf. I get tons of compliments and I'm sure it will look lovely on you.

I've done that too, bought things and then wondered if I would wear them. I bought a crocheted cape and never wore it and it's going in my yard sale this weekend. It's just not warm enough for me.

It sounds like a find to me....wear it! I'll bet it will look very nice with the right outfit.
