    Default My son knows me so well....

    Ds's boss was throwing out a huge and I mean HUGE, bolt of fabric and he said "I'm taking this to my Mom!", lol. I have no idea where he got it.

    It is 72" wide! I believe it is a cotton/polyester blend made for drapes. I'm not sure how many yards as it's so heavy I haven't ventured to unroll it all yet but I did roll out enough to cover my king sized bed and there looks to be enough left on the bolt to make 10 bedspreads! It is a very pretty shiny/dull diamond pattern in a rusty/rose solid color. I plan to make a new bedspread and curtains for my bedroom and I may also make some lamp shades and cover them with lace. I've so many ideas running through my head so I'm going to put them all down on paper.

    This was a much needed "find" for me as I've been needing a new bedspread and haven't been able to find just the right fabric. But, now I have another project, lol, like I needed another one.
