    Default I got a great deal!

    First off, most of you know we are remodeling our home, so I am always on the lookout for a great deal for something we haven't purchased yet. I went to Lowes the other day to get paint for the retro metal cabinets we are going to put up in the laundry room. They came out of my grandparent's house and they are the ones with sliding glass doors.
    Anyway, I am walking down the back isle of the store and they had a table with stuff marked way down to get rid of it. I looked in a big box and there was my kitchen sink! Ok, it wasn't my sink yet. It's the kind with a single porcelen bowl, and it's 91/2 inches deep. A dream come true for me.
    I asked about the sink and the young man told me the installers had installed it at someone's house and the owner changed her mind the instant it was installed. It has caulk all over it that will clean off easily.
    Needless to say I bought the sink for $50. It was originally a $200 sink!
    I have been doing a happy dance all weekend, because it's one of those things you think you can't afford and them wham! Something like this happens. Sorry to make this so long, I am just so happy about my new sink.

    That's fantastic. My cousin says that Lowe's has clearance stuff in the middle of the aisles every saturday. She's gotten microwaves for really cheap and other items for her house. She goes every saturday!
