Phantom of the Opera t-shirt @ the thrift store.
My 13-year-old got to see a live performance of Phantom last fall. (No, in the Southwest; not in NY). We did check out the souveniers, but t-shirts were $35 apiece, so we didn't buy any.
A few days ago, DD found one at the thrift store. For $1.
Isn't that a deal!?

That's awesome and I LOVE deals like that. I'm looking on ebay right now for disney jewelry and such for our Disney trip in November. I just refuse to buy every little thing they see, and this way, I can just pull out items as we go along.

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to add my experience with Cats. I saw the play and wanted the dvd and the cd . . .$40 and $35 respectively. The NEXT day I found a 2 disc special edition dvd at Goodwill for $4 and a couple months later found the full show (2 discs) cd at Goodwill for $4. Now if only I could find Wicked shirts at goodwill!
