Yippee!!

DH and I finally got to hit a couple of yard sales this morning! (has been several months since the last time)
We scored:
Brand new light fixture for bathroom, brass with 2 antique-looking lights $1.00
Black velvet evening clutch (looks brand new) $1.00
Breakfast tray (for my invalid Momma to eat off of) $1.00
Large, heavy canvas and leather garment bag/ mundo suitcase-duffel $2.00
($5.00 at that sale)

At the second sale I got:
2 very large canvas tote bags (50 cents each...will use as reusable grocery bags)
CZ wide band wedding ring (50 cents that cleaned up gorgeous!)
$1.50 total for second sale.

All told we spent $6.50 for 7 items, but mostly we had a ton of fun!

Wow you got some awesome deals, tomorrow my DD and I are going to a flea market! Finally it's going to be in the 70's so I am soooo exited!

Ohhh that sounds like so much fun! Good finds!! It is raining here so probably nothing much going on tomorrow as far as garage sales go. I miss it, it has been awhile sine I've taken the time to go. We need the rain, bad!! LOL

Tracy ~ have fun at the flea market! Do they sell new or used items there, or a combination of both? We have swap meets here (new stuff) and I wonder if it is the same thing.
