    Default I hit the Motherlode at a yard sale!

    I was doing a little yard saling and happened upon a sale that had hamper after hamper of beautiful, high quality little girl's clothing, sizes 4 - 8. I bought all of the sizes 6-8 for Rachel for only $40!!!

    In the two humongous garbage bags were :

    21 pairs of jeans
    36 long sleeve shirts
    52 short sleeve shirts
    8 pairs of shorts
    14 skirts/skorts
    5 dresses
    2 jackets

    I am so excited - great quality stuff too - Gap, Old Navy, Sears, La Senza Girl,
    and Mary Kate and Ashley!

    Rachel is gonna scream when she sees it!

    You did hit the mother lode didn't you? I used to buy all my girls clothes at yard sales and I'd get real excited like you when I found what I called the mother lode. I'm come home and immediately wash things and call my mother and tell her about what all I found. My girls are now 14 and 17 and they don't want me picking out thier clothes anymore although I've seen some really cute things. For one thing it's hard to know what the correct size is and even if I got the size right they are real particular about what they wear.

    What a great find! We had very little garage sales around here this weekend, but we are already planning to check out a few next weekend.
