    Default DD did the frugal dance

    My DD, 10 years old, wants to give a little something to a little girl she has been reading to all year. At first she wanted me to go out and buy the little girl something but then last night she was going through some things at home. She looked at some cute little stuffed animals she had that have never been played with or even looked at. She picked out 2 and then found something else she had. She said see we can give gifts and not spend a dime. After saying that she broke into some dance steps and sang a little frugal song. She is too cute. Believe me she does not always like being frugal but in cases like this she sees that frugality is not a bad thing.
