june 16th yard sales

Just wondering if anybody got any good deals?
I got 2 pairs of stretchy denims like new for $1 each for myself, finally something thats fits lol
And a blue short mason jar with the metal clip lid for .50 cents.

We only stopped at two yesterday. Nothing from the first one, it was a sad sale. The second one was much better, but we only picked up a couple of things. DD spent $3 and bought several hardback and softback books, a computer game, and a Beanie Baby she had been searching for. DH and I spent $2.75 and bought three University of Tennessee sweatshirts, a U of T windbreaker and an Auburn University camo baseball hat (DS and I are U of T fans stuck in Alabama - DH is an Auburn University alumni)

neeley, sounds like great sales. love wind breakers, havent had one for years.
the beanie babys sometimes are really cheap here except at flea markets, they want way too much. Im going to keep looking for Catherine cookson books and stephen king books so this fall Ill have lots to read after surgery(hysterectomy) .

We had a yard sale here on Saturday. All told, we made $145.

Sunday I went to one yard sale & got:

~1pr American Eagle shorts 50 cents
~1pr Gap shorts 75cents
~1pr Adidas wind pants 50 cents
~1pr Athletics sweatpants 50cents
~2 Nintendo64 games (Star Wars) for $2 each
~1pr pink & black Nikes for $1 (these were a great deal for me because they were the perfect size for my Bigfoot Daughter - size 11)
~1pr red/white/blue Converse for $1 (for my other Almost Bigfoot Daughter - size 9)
