I have seen this anywhere from $18-$26 in stores and on the web. I just got it at Value Village, still in the package with plastic and styrofoam for $4. Yipee! I never look in the decor/trinket areas of second hand shops, but I definitely am keeping my eyes open now. I would like two more figurines, because I like to have groupings of three when I decorate.
