    Talking Free on the side of the road!

    ~I picked up a 12''X24"X48" 4 shelf storage shelf unit in a person's front yard this morning. They had a 'free' sign attached to a pile of computer desks, bed frames, boxes of books and mismatched dishes and the unit I picked up. I was on my way back from a yard sale when I spotted the pile. I restrained myself and just picked out what I knew I could REALLY use. It's now in my closet. I LOVE free! I got some good stuff at the sale too and I only spent $3.
    -new accordian baby gate
    -over the door towel rack
    -floral serving platter
    -belt for my sis
    -3 shirts for my niece
    -2 sweaters for me
    -shorts for ds
    -cardigan for a CPK doll
    -new with tags summer romper set for my sis-il's sister's new baby
    ~And I had an hour of fun for only a few bucks! And I'll have even more fun when I distribute all my 'gifts'!~

    I love it when that happens. The town I live in now is the only one I've ever been in where people put things out for free (in fact I'm not sure its even legal to do so in some cities) and I think it is great for both the giver and the receiver.
