Question What's a good price for cloth diapers?

    Hi Everyone,

Here's a little background: Getting married in 3 weeks, we're looking to have a baby in the next year, and I'd relly like to give cloth diapers a go, even if we just use them at home and use disposable out.

Soooo.....an opportunity came up at work for me to buy a garbage bag of 2nd hand cloth diapers. They're in great shape, not a single stain to be found, are commercially made, are all "Cuddlers" brand, and there are 12 large and 9 extra large. None of us has a clue what a fair price would be with these, but I am wanting to make sure it's fair. Can anyone help me?????

Thanks in advance, other than having some given to me, I'm pretty sure this is the best deal I''ll ever get.

    ~N.

There is a website called diaperswappers which would probably have the answer for that. I have been by it but don't have a membership so I can't search it, but you could start there.

Hiya! I've been buying a few used diapers off of diaperswappers. Here are some prices that I paid for ones in excellent condition- no stains, snaps or velcro in almost new condition, fabric in great condition. It also depends on the brand and material of the diaper.

    Covers: $4-10 each (shipping included)
    Fitteds: $8-$15 each (shipping included)
    Pockets: $10-$15 eac (shipping included)
All in Ones: $12-$16 each (shipping included)

Now, if someone sells a diaper lot (like the one you have), there's usually a $10-$20 price break.

Thank you for the info. They're thick cotton/flannel on the inside, cotton/poly blend on the outside fitted with velcor and in great shape. I think I'm going to offer $40. I'll store them til I'm ready, or if I end up not being able to have a baby, I'll give them to someone. I just couldn't pass up a chance like that
