    Default My yard sale finds

DH and I headed out this morning and hit a few sales.

    We bought:

~3 thick blankets (to put in the dog's kennel) - $1.00 each
~4 James Patterson books for DD - $0.50 each
~A huge box of new fleece. There are four pieces large enough to make blankets with (2 yards by 2 yards is the smallest one) with the price tickets still pinned on them. One piece is royal blue, one is yellow, one is peach and one has lighthouses and sailboats. Plus there are about 6-8 other smaller "scraps" (ranging in size from a couple of feet on up) I can make scarves and dog toys with. The entire box was only $3.00
    ~A box with over 2000 baseball cards - $12.00
~A Rubbermaid brand 12 drawer organizer (for my craft stuff) - $2.00
~A jug with between 3-4 pounds of buttons - $1.00
~A colorful straw caddy I will use to store some of my craft tools in - $0.50

Since we are redoing my craft room I am really excited about the items we found to go in there.

    I seriously love yards sales.

I was just thinking fast forward a few years about the grown man that is gonna be saying "I used to be rich till my mom sold my baseball card collection"

    Great finds!

I actually thought of you when I bought the fleece and buttons. I said to my DH "I wonder what all Constance could make with this much stuff?"
