Default Planning my first yardsale trip

in 3 weeks! Me and my fiance are buying a new home and starting off with NOTHING for the house.

I'm hoping to buy a bunch of new stuff for my house including kitchen stuff, etc.

    Wish me luck

Bring lotsa small bills, wear comfortable clothes& shoes and if you can wear a fanny pack so you can go hands free. Oh don't be too shy to ask if they can do better on the price. And if you see multiple things you want ask if they will take such & such an amount for the lot. Most people expect you to haggle. Worse they can say is no.

Oh ya, bring something to drink & snack on. Once you get going you are not going to want to stop, lol.

I like to bring blankets or towels to pad stuff too.

    Have fun!

A box or laundry basket for the trunk and if you have a pickup you might wanna use that b/c if you find furniture you'll need the space. You could put your box or laundry basket in the back to hold your smaller, breakable items to keep them from rolling around and getting broken. Most of all HAVE FUN!

    Have FUN!!!!

Don't be afraid to ask the seller if they will take less than the asking price.

Ask if you can plug things in to make sure they work.
