FREE Sewing Book: Sewing Lessons For Beginners
I know someone posted recently that they have a sewing machine but could use some lessons as they are a beginner.
I have found the mother load on Lessons for Beginners. Don't think it has been posted before but is it has here it is again for the newbies!
Free Sewing Book: Sewing Lessons For Beginners. You can print this out. It prints out to 19 pages. There are severl free links to click on at the top of the page. Have fun and I hope this helps someone! I printed one out for ds who is old enough to learn to sew now and does have an interest in it.

WOW a great resource!!!
This is good for all the homeschooling mums looking for cheap curriculum for home ec.
I taught both mine to sew, even before we began homeschooling in high school and it's such a wonderful frugal skill to have.
Even if all the kids ever do is buy second hand clothes and alter them for better fit, or mend a simple thing on the clothing, it saves mega bucks to just know how to do this sort of thing and not be afraid of the sewing machine.
