Polar Fleece slippers, EASY to make
I made 2 adult and 3 childrens slippers from one yard of fleece last year. This is so simple to make. I actaully ended up just measuring the kids feet with the material after i got the hang of it. One thing I did do, was curve the back. Hated the squared heel. I also made them higher up more of a boot.

So they would be a surprise, maybe I could just measure dh and ds's shoes. Right?

Did you put something on the bottom so they are not slippery. We have carpet so thats not too much a problem but the kitchen and bathrooms are linoleum so I was wondering if we needed somthing so you don't slip.

This is great !!!! I have been making Kaftans for dd for Christmas and I needed easy slippers to go with them....... Thank you, thank you !!!!!!!! I would use a bit of fabric paint on the bottom, just paint lines or swirls to keep them from slipping on the floor....
Not to thick though or you'll feel the hard little lines thru the slipper......
