I made 24 of these for a song contest when my DD as in second grade. Only differences:
1. I left the tshirts their full length and add the gathered skirt to the bottom for a dropped waist look.
2. I add a cuff to the sleeve made from the skirt material for a more finished look.
Love this idea and haven't thought of it in sooo long!! Mahalo - think I'll make a couple for me too!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

you can also make a baby dress like this too.
