PJ's I sewed for Lauren yesterday
I took the picture on my Tracfone, so it's pretty bad, but I still can't find my :camera:. Dave's Blackberry takes much, much better pics, but he's not here right now. I wish she would have modeled them last night, but she was being stubborn.
Anyway, the fabric is cotton jersey and has a barnyard print. There are chickens (her favorite), ducks, and sheep. I did red sleeves because I ran out of the barnyard print.
I didn't photograph the pants because they're just pj pants in the barnyard print.
I am going to make red pj shorts too for when it gets hot.
Oh, and she wants me to leave the sleeves unhemmed because she likes the serger stitching. She says it reminds her of her rash guard. I had to hem the bottom because the jersey rolling was driving me nuts.

Looks great. Doesn't seem like you substituted red at all. I like it better the way you did it. It's a nice contrast.

Nice job. Serged sleeves per your daughter request, can't get that at Walmart. I love it when my boys say mom can you sew me this or that, it makes me feel like a good mommy.
