Default Not a very good picture

but I asked dd if she could take another one in the daytime tomorrow morning before leaving for school. She took it from off her cell phone so it is blurry but you can still see the shape. The colours in this picture are also faded out, the curtains are actually a deep rusty colour with bronze like flowery/circles on it and the colour really "pops" out. The fabric is also a satin like texture. The curtains are hanging in our family room basement window.

If in the morning the picture doesn't turn out I will ask my friend if she will take a picture for me on her digital camera

I am just so proud of myself!

Oh and she took it on a slight angle so it sort of looks like one side is longer then the other.

    Ok, I'll stop now

    Thanks so much

I can't believe how cozy it looks. We bought this house almost two years ago and the lady had left a white lace curtain which was fitted just inside the window, I am going to put them back up to show a before and an after picture.

I already have my next project planned out in my head lol. I went looking around in our storage closet and found four sheer panels still in their packaging which I bought like 4 years ago. I also had forgotten about 2 large rectangular table cloths I had bought about 5 years ago, one is still in its original packaging. I was going to try to do no sew curtains with the table cloths but I couldn't get the one to work out so I put it away to try again at another time but I had forgotten about them.

The sheers are a light cream colour and the table cloths are checked with a burgandy, green, and light cream colour. I want to take long strips from the table cloth and maybe sew it around the outside of the sheers to give it a custom look. I saw this on the better homes and garden website. I was going to post the link but couldn't find it so I will have to look for them again.

Anyhow, I thought that it would be great for my kitchen windows durring the summer weather.

That looks so good! I can see why you're proud of yourself. I am so in love with this rusty color right now, I've got it in 4 rooms of my house. And I agree, it does make things very cozy.

You absolutely have to show us how your next project comes out. Your creativity is really showing!
