That coat is amazing bonnotm9! Great job. Your daughter looks thrilled with her dress and it looks great on her! I haven't made any clothing yet. I might try some jammies after the first of the year. I'm still making Christmas gifts!

    Happy sewing all!

FF talks are you all produce!! LOL

Love the moose towels!! Just made me chortle!!
I used the flour sack towels for mine and have a lot more to do for Christmas!!

Bonnotsm - Your coat is stunning - looks like it would be so comfortable!! And your daughter's dress is scrumptious - she will be wearing that for a long time - probably even after she outgrows it!!

    THANKS FOR THE PICS GANG!!!!

Love the tote and towels T.......very cute!!! Have you used a D ring on the tote handle? Had to ask....I make lots of totes and always looking for new ways with the handles. That black fabric in the tote just makes the other fabric 'pop'!!!

B...that coat is amazing....very pretty!!!....and way to go for the use with the fleece. The price on it is crazy now at the fabric stores......unless you can hit a JA's sale.

Your D is not only cute but she looks darling in the dress! CUTE! Thanks for posting the pics........

Thanks! Those moose towels were for a friend at work. She loves moose and when I saw that I just had to do it for her. I really enjoy doing the machine embroidery.

I've never tried the D-rings for a tote handle. I'm fairly new to sewing, I'm going to try to do some things after the holiday. I have tons of home dec fabric to make totes with, so I'll have to give it a try.

~Finally got some time this morning to sew something that wasn't in the repair pile. Oh those repairs are so dull.
Anyway I made a pattern and a prototype pair of homemade slippers.
They aren't very pretty but they're warm and I'm tweaking my pattern for a better looking pair next time.

I think they are cute nuisance and don't need any tweaking at all.

You might think they are dull nuisance, but I think they are cute. And they look warm......so what else matters?
