    Will get this started off for a new month.

    For me ---a lot of it will depend on the weather.

    I have been more into crochet for right now.........messing around with ideas for the beads, buttons, flowers.........the crochet will go with that.

    I am heading to work on some hula tops - need to add the boning to six tops - will post pics when done - forgot to pcik up the velcro needed to finish them off - will get velcro next week!!

    Haven't done much this week but I cleaned off my cutting table----AGAIN-----today so that is a good sign.

    Supposed to be a cruddy weekend weatherwise.........but have to watch the ball games.

    FF - since I am now sewing in the family room until we dig out my sewing room, my big table is in front of the TV and I plan on getting some sports viewing in also!!

    Am impressed that you cleared off your cutting table - always a good sign!!

    Just picked up another girl to sew for - hula costumes. Works for me - will get me closer to going to see DD this summer!!

    Had an idea for using some of the fabric scraps from the costumes for one of the baby quilts - great colors!!

    Did I miss something about the sunflowers? Did you post pictures?

    I'm going to be pining in the boning, sewing hems (by machine) and cutting out a few more outfits. Need to get ready for more fittings definitely Tuesday night and perhaps tomorrow if the timing is right!!

    No.........haven't posted any pics of my crochet.......it isn't the greatest stuff to look at.............just yet. In fact, the only things I haven't ripped out are leaves,.........sunflowers,..2 chap stick holders, (but only because I got tired of ripping them out!!)......and 'maybe' one scarf. I say maybe as I am blocking it now.......needed some 'serious blocking' and if it doesn't recover.........it could get ripped out.

    I will be keeping the sunflowers but you put the leaves on separate.........UGH!
