    Sorry about your WM piney.

Ours took their fabric out about a year ago.....or little more.

Was told by a store employee that they are ALL going to have their fabric gone...............don't know what the date deadline is..........be prepared if you still have fabric in your store!

    but..........our yarn section got bigger!

I HATE the new store arrangement.........spread out with aisles going every which way.......dog stuff is clear in the back by electronics......just before going into groc.

I just shop there less and less.......for multiple reasons now.

It was removed at the WM's around here a long time ago. Fortunately, we have Fabric Depot here, which is about a million times better than WM ever dreamed of being!

They have taken most of our faberic out of WM. It is 70 mile one way to a faberic store and they too have cut way back on faberic of any kind. They have more craft stuff now and flowers..

We still have fabric at mine. I have asked if it's leaving & the clerks act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I have just read within the last 2 wks that Walmart has lost a lot of customers due to Family Dollar, Dollar General, $Tree etc. People are finding it easier to run in there for general purchases. Stores are smaller, less walking, easier in & out. Remember when Walmart, a few years back, cut back on inventory? When you used to have several choices of an item-they went with maybe 2. I noticed & was disappointed. Anyways, the article said Walmart has "heard" the people & will start offering more choices, as before.
