Cutting 500 pieces!

~So I'm finally getting around to the cloth diapers I'm making for my sister's baby. I'm making 18 smalls(6-12lbs)and 18 mediums(10-20lbs).
Each diaper needs 4 body pieces and 8 soaker pieces. = 432 pieces
I'm also making cloth wipes, 36, double thick and that brings it up to 504 pieces.
Depending on time I may also make a wet bag, covers and all-in-ones.
I need everything done by Thanksgiving.
I've cut out 103 pieces so far. My goal is to add 50 more each day until I have all my pieces done(by next Friday). That way I can start sewing next weekend.
Is anyone else sewing this week? Whatcha' working on?~

Holy scissors! I thought I was doing good when I got 25 parts cut out for the coffee cozies I'm making for Christmas! I still have to sew the rest of the things I've got custom orders on and hopefully getting some more of my Christmas items done. I am starting to think I may have bit off more than I can chew thinking I could make most of our Christmas stuff this year.

~I just finished cutting my 50 pieces for tonight. It took 90 minutes but I can only work at a turtle pace in the evenings.
Now I have 9 complete small diapers ready to sew and 9 wipes ready to sew.
I do need to buy more white t-shirts though. I like the inner layer of the diapers to be white. Hopefully my favorite thrift has 20 or so when I stop in on Saturday.~

~Got my pieces cut today. I had to wad a scrap of fabric around my finger to keep it from hurting. I need to replace the comfort handled scissors that broke earlier this year. My plain old metal ones work great but hurt after 10 minutes of cutting.~

~Doing good and making my goals! Yesterday I was able to buy 35 more t-shirts for just $4. I definitely have enough now.
All the smalls and small inserts are cut and ready to sew. I started cutting mediums today.
