I want to
just scream. There I was sewing away and all of a sudden my sewing machine foot refuses to go up or done. So now I have to get it fixed. So until it is fixed I'm without.
:-( FernYes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

Sorry that happened fern..........that stinks!
About the only thing I can think of worse than sewing machine problems.......is computer problems or car.......

~I'm sorry. That is super infuriating!
I'm in the same boat. And it had to be just after I ordered 25 yards of fabric for an event. Luckily I can borrow a machine but I still have to fix mine. Urg!~~Constance

What do you mean, it won't go up or down? Won't the flywheel turn? If not, pull the bobbin out and see if there's thread wrapped around in the bobbin case. Sometimes it gets jammed up, the flywheel won't turn, and the needle won't budge. Don't force the flywheel to turn though. That can break things. (Don't ask how I know that.)

Seriously thanks I was debating about keeping both ours-now I decided. Joanne Fabrics has a guy that comes in. Maybe call them?
