Question Curtains w/o a sewing machine?

Do you ladies know of any way that I could make eyelet curtains for DD's room, without using a sewing machine? I don't have one, and don't have access to one.

I was wondering if I could use that iron-on sticky stuff to "hem" a pocket for the curtain rod? Or is there another way?

I've only found curtains in the width I need in one place, and they're $100! Fabric is, of course, much cheaper.

    Any ideas would be appreciated!

    Amy,

Yes you can use the iron on tape, it doesn't last as long, but will do the trick just fine! HTH

Even glue will work, look at Walmart for fabric glue, Eileen used to have a great one for projects like this.
