took my machine out of the box...lol
Ok, it's a big day in the Noel household. I took my machine out of the box, threaded it, learned to thread a bobbin, and sewed on some material. lol
My next door neighbor sews and I knocked on her door and asked her to come over for a few. lol
She was so sweet and showed me how to thread it etc and I felt sooooo silly for not trying it sooner. It was a piece of cake.
We're going to get together and sew together. I can bring the baby over while Zachary is in school.
The quilt shop called about my sewing lessons. Again, they had an opening during the day. I can't go during the day.
The next weekend she had available isn't until April! She's going to try and work out some evenings for them and will get back to me. How frustrating!

What an exciting day. It was very nice of your neighbor. Should be lots of fun to sew together. My mom and her friends used to do this. I remember lots of laughter and chatting going on.
