Dee! What do I do with this?

Ack!!! I'm being harassed by a bad photograph!
That first pic was just too big. The second looked terrible, I couldn't even tell what it was... Trying again!

Hmmm, usually I can figure things out, but this was blowing my mind.

This is one of the T-shirt nighties for dd. Since I screwed up and cut the sleeves to narrow I cut up another shirt to add to the bottoms of the sleeves. This first pic is after I sewed the sleeves together all neatly (lol). I also stitched about 3 inches down the side.

That's too dark!!! I lightened the next one up, so hopefully you can see what I'm rambling about.

After I sewed up the side seam, I ended up with this place to stick a pencil!

So, lol, do you have any idea of what I'm talking about now?

What I ended up doing was sewing diagonally from the side seam to somewhere near the point where the sleeve bends. I did it backwards, of course, but at least it's on the right (wrong?) side of the fabric.
