    Default pattern for needlework organiser?

I take my needlework to the store with me every week and work on it in our slow times. My threads, needles and other sewing requirements are getting in a mess and I need a sewing organiser.

Does anyone have a pattern for a pouch/roll-type organizer? I need one that will hold all my embroidery threads, needles, scissors, pencils and chalk and odds and ends.

I bet there is a pattern out there just waiting for me.

I have one in one of my needlework magazines - I will look for it but it will be an older pattern.

missy, when I tried to download the pattern for the sewing caddy it came up with an error message and went no further. Do you still have the pattern you could email to me?

Grrr I had a nice long reply to this, and my computer froze, and I lost it

    Trying again:

I got an error message too when trying to get that pattern to load. Maybe these projects will do just as well?

I think this one could be adapted to what you need by adding a little more in the length and adding a snap, velcro, etc:

    I'll keep looking

thanks Michelle. You're right, they will do just as well. I'm going to work in my store for the next two days and I hope to start on the caddy after that.
