neck pillow pattern

I could probably come up with one on my own but i wanted to see if anyone had a pattern for a "C" shaped neck pillow. If you have a pattern, could you point me in the right direction with a link?

Thank you both for the patterns. The neck pillow I made was rectangular shaped and not curved, but I have that pattern if you want it too...also makes for a good knee wrap.
