    Question Tulip Hem Skirt Pattern???

I'm looking for a pattern for a skirt with a tulip hem that's so popular right now. I tried one on at Cato the other day and it was as flattering as it could be considering the poor fit.

The pattern would have to be available in plus size. I'm dieting, but these hips weren't built in a day! lol

    TIA

these sketches are quick and dirty, but something like a flared skirt with a flared or flounced hemline....

Kimmie, Is this what you mean?

If it is, DON'T pay that price for a pattern. JoAnn's at least once a month puts patterns on sale for 99¢ each, and seeings as that is a McCall's pattern, it is included in sales.

Oops I forgot to give you the link I found to lots of pretty patterns.

    http://www.denverfabrics.com/pages/s...e-clothing.htm

Same thing about those. JoAnn's puts Simplicity, McCall's, and Butterick patterns on sale for 99¢ each. They do carry some Burda patterns and a few Kwik Sews, but I have never heard of Sew Grande. Here is a link for each pattern site.

    Burda - http://sewingpatterns.com/index-burda.html

    Kwik Sew - http://www.kwiksew.com/

    Sew Grande - http://www.sewgrand.com/

    Simplicity - http://www.simplicity.com/

    McCall's and Butterick - http://www.mccall.com/

    Have fun looking!
