Sewing Question of the Day 5/5...
What was the first thing that you have ever sewn (by hand or machine) and did you like the results?
I sewed a soft sculpture doll out of a pair of my Mom's old pantyhose. I sewed the doll by hand and I thought it came out good at the time. I would love to see that doll now, but It's long gone.
What about you?

An aline skirt in home ec class, and yes it came out good with the help of a seam ripper.

The first thing by hand was when I was about 9 or 10. I got some clothes that were printed on fabric and all you had to do was cut them out and stitch em up. There were three dresses I think. I still have one of them. My Barbie doll loved them
