    Default Needle question...

    Ive broken two needles in two days sewing on velcro for diapers...should i be using a special needle for this??? Sorry im new to sewing and dont have a clue lol...

    Yes Wendy, I imagine because you are not only trying to go through velcro, but several layers too? You will want to use a large size needle like at least a 16 or even a jean needle.

    I agree with Dee. I think a jean needle would be best.
