    Smile Skirts Sew 'n Shows

    I made this a few weeks ago, and I've been wearing it a lot with the warmer temperatures. It's the first gored skirt that I've made, and I'll definitely be making more.

    Please excuse the socks and funky hair. I had been up since 5:00 AM the day the picture was taken.

    The skirt iteself is made from embroidered linen.

    Here's a skirt I made just to see how hard it would be to make the flounce on the bottom. It's really not my style, and I'm not sure if I'll ever wear it. I may wear it out to dinner some night with Dave, maybe when we go out for his birthday.

    Sorry my head is chopped off--no one was home to take the picture for me, so I had to get creative LOL
