I have been collecting old jeans to make squares to stich together for new cushion covers on our futon. I decided that I would get my materieral from jeans we were no longer using and finding more at garage sales. I did't want to buy new denim because it's pretty expensive (between $14-$18 per yard) I will need a lot of fabric, but it will be fun to stitch all the squares as I go.
