Thumbs up I got a sunlight bulb.

I bought a new compact flourescent bulb 25 watt for my sewing room. Its a natural spectrum bulb made by lights of America from wal-mart. It is wonderful! I couldn't tell a knit from a purl until I put it in the fixture and now, wow the difference is amazing.

I bought my ddil one of the lamps that use the large bulbs like that for Xmas last year. She's been having problems with winter blues and she says it's wonderful. I'll look for one for beside my chair as well. I'm getting old and my eyes are getting bad Thanks for the tip!
