    curtains out of sheets? This will be my first project and I'm thinking of getting sheets in my girls favorite theme.

    I haven't but my mom has and she loves it that the hems and sides are pretty much done for you. She has also added rows of ribbon to the bottoms to give them a different look.

    I have they are very easy. Just a straight stich. Good luck wpild love to see a pic when they are finished.

    I have, they are especially pretty for a girls room with ruffles on them. If the sheets you choose don't have ruffles you can just add some attaching them on to the top stich line of the bottom hem.

    Here is another one for you. My kitchen curtains are simple tie backs and they are made out of tablecloths. When I am ready to change them, they will be made into dishcloths, dishtowels, pot holders, and maybe an apron too.

    Yes, like Deed said, I have made many curtains out of sheets.

    They are very easy to do & you can decorate them any way you like.

    I have too. My bedroon curtains are made out of sheets that had lace at the top. I  added a colored  ribbon. easy and pretty.
