I want to know how to make window quilts. It is mostly sewing and not a lot of quilting. I know they are usually lined with some plastic and they are made of 3 layers but can't remember exactly how to make them.

They are supposed to be wonderful for the windows of your house that are the coldest and you just can't seem to keep the drafts out. My windows aren't even old but I still feel drafts. I also have a patio door that I will need to insulate or close off complety.

Also, does anyone know how to make snugglies. They are so cute for babies. But also I can only find them for sale and not the instructions. Please let me know if you make them or have run across them.
