Default What Did You Get at the Simplicity Sale???

Someone from the forum was kind enough to send me the flyer and I had a ball getting those patterns!

I got #4283 which has 6 views of the tiered skirts. This one has the flat band with a zipper at the waist and the tiered gathered going down.

#4237 has 6 views of gauchos/pants/shorts in both stretch and woven. These use zippers too.

#5684 has 6 different versions of a tunic from sleeveless to long sleeves.

#5508 has two wrap pants, two tops, a bag, a floppy hat and flip flops.

I also got a New Look peasant blouse pattern but it wasn't included in the sale. it has 5 different peasant tops. I love those peasant tops in crinkled muslin.

That was all I could afford, the hard part was deciding which ones to keep and which ones to put back! But these will pretty much build my whole wardrobe. The only thing I didn't get was a shrug pattern. I'll get that later.

I love those wrap pants. I wore them in my early twenties and they were so nice because they are adjustable. If you lose weight they still fit and if you gain weight they still fit.

So what did everybody else get?

    Steph

I was tickled pink that it got here in time. Our mail usually runs soooo sloooww!

Thanks once again for sending it. I passed it on to a lady out in the parking lot when the cashier gave it back to me, LOL! So, you blessed two of us!

They actually have a pattern for buckets??? I'll bet they don't hold much water.

I thought loofa sponges grew in the garden...in fact I have some old loofa seeds around here somewhere..

Wow, technology is really amazing. You can sew a gourd now, LOL!

That's funny! It's a pattern for covering buckets and it has pockets on the side to put items in. I thought it would make great gifts. A garden bucket; spa bucket, hair/nail care, fun in the sun... etc.

I've got to find those loofah seeds! then I could have 2 buckets... one for spa and one for gardening!!

I'm even more happier that you got the lady in the parking lot too!!

Oh those things are so nice! Is it for the gallon buckets?

I've got some old luffa seeds around here, I'm not sure how old they are or if they will sprout but I will send you some.
