    Smile Whatcha Sewing in September?

~I have 8 bags cut out ready to sew. After that I'm making totes for my sister. Then I'm working on window quilts for winter. Dull and practical! What are you sewing this month?~

I have a bunch of neck coolers still sitting in my sewing basket to finish up for selling next summer. I will be starting qillows soon for Christmas gifts.

I have lots of deniem (sp) from old destroyed jeans my boys out grew that I'm going to be using some of to make additional grocery totes from. I also need to sew up curtains for DS#2's room. There are currently none there.

I am working on a Table cloth - still. I am hand embroidering it. I thought I would have it done by now. Once I get that done, I have two quilts I would like to finish this month. One will be for my mom and the other will be for my daughter. I better get busy.

I made this bag out of leftover linen for the front, some linen pants (that had a run in with some bleach) for the lining, leftover butterfly print from a shirt for the pocket. The pattern is in the greta book, 'Bend the Rules Sewing' which I got for my birthday.

I will probably make one for me as well.

Denim quit for the family and a t-shirt blanket for our large dog. He likes to chew up his blankets and I don't feel like I have lost anything when he rips these apart.

~This is so cute! And I love that you've recycled fabric for some of it. I have 4 totes FULL of clothes to recycle. I should get busy on that!~
