    Default wind barriers

I have Raynaud's Disease, so basically it means I have little to no circulation in my extremeties, and being cold causes pain.

Problem: I like to walk every day for exercise to help lose weight (75 lbs so far) I wear a fleece pullover for now because it's not quite cold enough for a winter jacket yet, which poses a problem, when i walk and the wind is blowing I freeze to death. And have the same problems with my hands. i have a pattern to make fleece mittens, but I need something windproof to use inside of them and a headband or hat, and something to put under my fleece pullover. I think for that I can likely buy a wing breaker and put on under it. But I need something to use as liner for the mittens and headband so that the wind doesn't get to me.

Anyone have any ideas? I guess I could take an old windbreaker and use it inside, if I can find one at the thrift shop, just gave myself an idea I guess, better go to the store. Any other ideas on what to use?

~You might try neoprene gloves. I'm not sure if I spelled that right but they're gloves worn by surfers in cold winter water. Otherwise your idea to recycle nylon windbreaker material is a great one. I hope it works well!~

Anything pliable but not porous would work. You could even use the bag off a newspaper, or a shopping bag.
