I am going to make dd a costume for halloween, I need to make me a couple of shirts. I also need to make some curtains. I don't know if they will all get finished in Oct. but I would love for them to.

First I want help with window quilts

I found this awesome idea from <> for reusing t-shirts into tote bags. So I'm planning to make grocery bags out of some old t-shirts that I was goingot donate instead.

Oh and I'm trying to figure out how to make curtains out of a big pile of old jeans I have at the bottom on my closet. I'm hoping if I lay them out correctly I can use the pockets as toys storage.

I am hoping to finish a quilt that I have started. I am embroidering another table cloth. This one is beige and burgundy.

What is a window quilt? What I have pictured in my mind vs. what you are talking about may be two entirely different things.

I'm enjoying reading everyone's posts and am learning a lot.

I just finished making a top for myself. I've also got pj's & a top cut out for Lauren. And I'm sewing a pair of lounge pants for Dave for Christmas. I should finish those up today so I can wrap them and stop worrying about hiding them

I have a sewing to-do list a mile long after those things are done...

Well I'm working on an English medallion quilt still. Plus I've sewn some curtains and sheers for my studio windows in the basement. That's it so far. My bad back is hampering my sewing.

I made a cute Halloween decoration and a new shirt for myself. I haven't been sewing as much as I should lately. I've got a couple quilt ideas but not enough material yet.
