Childrens Apron Pattern
I have been looking high and low for a pattern for a childs apron to make for my nephew for Christmas. The patterns I have found are frilly. He is not a frilly little boy

Does anyone know of a pattern online or the number of one I can purchase?
Thanks!

Are you looking for one kind of like a bar-be-cue apron? What size little kid clothes does he wear? I can make a pattern for you if you tell me where to send it to you - I have a child's apron in that style that is probably about a size 6 or 8, and can draft a pattern from that and adjust as needed.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. He wears a size 4. He's 3 almost 4 years old.
You would be my hero if you could help me out. =) I can PM you my address. How much would you want to mock something up for me?
Thanks again!

This is a quick and easy apron made from the leg of a pair of jeans. It's easy to personalize for the one who'll be wearing it. Use iron on patches or applique -- frogs, cars, rockets, etc. for little boys would be cute.

Send me your address if you still want it. No charge - it isn't that big a deal and I'll have fun doing it as a "craft" project. Won't get to it until after the 11th, though. Is that ok?

I don't know if you'd be interested but.....
Our Dollar Tree dollar store has small bib aprons ... of course for a buck ... They are in the Thanksgiving holiday stuff ... the come in orange, yellow and brown. Maybe this could give you a rough idea of measurements, etc. and you could make your own pattern.
Just a thought.
PS. If you don't have a Dollar Tree in your area, PM me with your address and I'll send you an apron in the mail.Kim
