    Default Purses Made of Pants/Shorts/Shirts

I've been a sewing/stitching fool this week. I've made 1 blue jeans purse, 1 t-shirt purse and I'm working on a khaki shorts purse. I have just the handle/strap to finish.
I don't have a sewing machine so everything is by hand. Maybe Santa Claus with think I've been good and bring me a sewing machine.

I also finished a plastic canvas needlepoint tissue box holder.

I will try to post pics if I can get the stupid digital camera to work.

I was thinking about a backpack purse out of old overalls. What do you think?

I made myself a backpack out of old blue jeans. The only thing I bought for it was the thread and the button to close it with.

I can't wait to see the pictures. I have some old calico I'm going to cut up and cover a flower pot with soon. Where's all the time going to come from? I'm hoping that it works well with glue/water rather than ModPodge. I love to reuse old fabrics, especially denim, for whatever I can sew or make.

I have a stack of old jeans that I plan on making into curtains for my son's room. I figure they will help keep the light out and drafts because the material is heavy and the best part is it's free. I won't have to spend a dime to make them!
