Default Ok, I made the time!(re-invented)

    And cleaning...who cares! I needed to sew..lol.

Here is the original item, not the hole in the knee but otherwise in good condition:

    ANd the re-invented:

Not a great picture, these are now capris, they are just below the knee. Trimmed with whatever I had. And bits of fabric. No money spent and a "new" pair of capris for spring and summer.

I'm impressed! I need to practice more with my sewing machine. It always impresses me when people turn something "old" into something "new". I love your re-invention.

~Great job! I love how well all the fabrics coordinate! I know I would have loved to own a pair like that when I was a girl. WTG!~

Those are REALLY CUTE! You girls are making me want to sew again. I used to sew purses and sell them.

Those capris are adorable, even better than they were as pants originally. I look forward to doing this with my daughter's pants soon. How about a matching scarf-like belt with the same fabric to go with it?

Fabulous! I saw a contestant on american idol wearing a pair of jeans similar to these and she got huge compliments! They were crazy quilted up the front of both legs and it ended right below her pockets. Very cute!

Thanks! I loved them. She tried them on, and has been wearing them ALL day!

I did these overalls they were full length, changed them in to shorts. Gave them as a gift. They were well received.

I need to make another set for my little girl. I still have some fabrics..lol
