    Default Baby gift

With the hubby finally going back to work after months of us both not working, money is pretty tight.

My best friend is having a girl in May and her shower is this weekend. So, I had to dust off the old sewing machine and get creative! This may be my most frugal yet heartfelt gift I've ever given! I had to spend $1.69 on yarn, but everything else came out of my scrap bin!

Being the first thing I have sewn together in about 3 years, it turned out pretty cute! And I didn't have a pattern, so I had to guess! The cutest thing are the pantaloons under the dress. She has pantaloons with a lacy behind! I think any little girl will love it!

Wow you did a very nice job. This will mean more to your dear friend, than something picked up at the store. I would love to receive one for my b-day.
