Default Taco Soup

Here's how I make my taco soup. There are a lot of different recipes out there.

3-4 cans of mexican style chili beans undrained or you can use kidney beans and black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 lb cooked ground turkey or hamburger ( you can use more or less depending on your taste) I often use leftover taco meat.

mix everything together in a pot or crockpot and heat until hot. I usually put it in the crockpot around noon and cook it on low until dinner.

We top it with cheese and sour cream and eat it with crackers or tortilla chips.

You can't really mess this one up. Use more corn or tomatoes if you want, according to your tastes. You can also leave out the tomato sauce or add more depending on how soupy you want it.

I just made this last night for supper. We love taco soup! I can make it up and I could eat on it all week, that is how much I love it.
