Herb Salt Substitute
1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp savory
1 tsp ground mace
1 tsp black pepper

I don't add the lemon and it still tastes good

Chili Powder
cayenne
paprika
cumin
ground cloves
marjoram
garlic powder
I don't have exact measurements for this one but I use smaller measurements as I go down the list.
If you add sugar to this one you get BBQ spice.
