28 Secrets to Happiness
As found in The Simple Living Guide by Janet Luhrs.

- listen more; talk less
- every day take a 30-minute walk in your neighbourhood.

- be on time.
- don't make excuses.
- don't argue.
- get organized.

- be even kinder to unkind people.
- let someone cut ahead of you in line.
- take time to be alone.
- reread a favorite book.
- cultivate good manners.
- be humble.

I love Janet's list. I have been working at achieving a lot of her points for the past few months.
Lori, I absolutely love your suggestion. I taught my kids to do this, they are in their 20s now and I think it made a real difference in how they grew up.
