What is something that you can do today, to slow down?
I'm going to go to bed an hour earlier tonight. I'm also going to make time to sit and read some, before going to bed.
How about you?

I am going to sit my butt here on the computer til 3pm
I have such bad OCD that I have to clean, clean, clean ALL THE TIME and it drives me nuts. The only time for some reason I can stop is if I am on the computer. Weird huh? So when I know I need to relax and stop cleaning, I sit my butt on here. I can't even sit down on the couch and watch TV for more than 10 minutes at a time but I can be on the computer for hours. So thats my plan!

Slow down what is that???
The only reason I am here on the computor is that my car is in getting it's brakes done and they have a computor I can use...LOL.
But when I get home I will try and sit in my hammock chair on the porch for a 10 min... breather

I have been working on taking time to spend about 30 minutes in the afternoons to read, rest, or maybe work on a scrapbook page.... it really is nice to just "sit for a spell". I am blessed that I am able to do that.

I have really been enjoying my lunch walks in silence and solitude. I have been trying to clear my mind and just pay attention to my steps and not think too much. It doesn't always work but I feel so good afterwards. It's my alone time and I cherish it.

I'm going to turn the TV off and enjoy the sound of nothing. Noise pollution makes me crazy! I agree with peaceful walks...deep thinking involved.

I think I will join you all and head to bed an hour earlier tonight. I feel like I am dragging already after the long weekend (Monday was included in my weekend). I just want to lay in bed and talk to DH alone....without everyone jumping in to the conversation.

I'm burnt out, stressed, and exhausted. An early night sounds glorious.
I'd love to have a hot bath, but there is never enough hot water to get it deep enough, and I'm always left disappointed.
