    Default Let's try to enjoy the quiet today...

    I'm keeping the tv off all day today. Trying to enjoy the quiet, while I continue to get rid of some clutter around the house.

    I usually dont' turn on tv until the national news at 5:30. But I didn't get rid of much clutter today.

    TV stays off here. The birds, frogs, dogs, coyotes, owls, etc. make the sounds I'd rather hear.

    I LOVE the quiet. Being a high school teacher in a room with 35 students....there is nothing better than silence.

    I sut the cable off a few months ago and tomorrow the internet goes (until I move into the new house in a few weeks). I'm still debating keeping the Netflix or putting it on hold. I'll be reading a lot these next few weeks! I love spending time alone in the quiet (one of the reasons for the move LOL).
