I really should. It would probably help my blood pressure but can't find the time. I am constantly doing something. I wake up in the middle of the night wondering if I have forgotten to do something. Could you give us some hints on what to do?

To start with you have to relax your entire body. breathe deeply, and slowly, just let all of your thoughts go, don't concentrate on anything at all.
music or noise can help something wordless like waves, rain, frogs what ever you enjoy. the biggest problem i have is to let go of all the thoughts that rush in. But you just have to let them float away. it also helps to picture a quiet place in your mind, like a lake, or field the ocean. might take a few tries. A really good starter meditation tape is the joy of meditating, *you might be able to find it at the library.* Also quiet house is a big thing, the only quiet time here is at night, if you fall asleep that is fine, and I often do. HTH need any more info just let me know.
